YOTA - May Edition

I concentrated on White Wolves again this month. I need to progress on some of my other YOTA pieces, but I'm so happy about my progress on White Wolves that I think I might continue on until it's complete before picking up one of the others I mentioned back in January.

Speaking of January, here is where White Wolves was then:
 and where I am now:

I'm wondering about pushing myself to try and finish this up this month. I don't know since I tend not to do well when I feel cornered or stressed, but this is so close to completion and I feel a need to get it finished.

There are lots of other projects clamoring for attention as well, but maybe if I can give in to this one and get a finish then I can start something new. :)

Happy Stitching,

Tiffstitch

  1. It's really beautiful, and so close to being finished! I feel the same way about deadlines, even self-imposed ones. I just tell myself I'll keep stitching on a project as long as I enjoy it, and the closer I get to a finish the more I enjoy it so I keep stitching!

    1. Thank you. That's a good way to think about it. I've stressed about deadlines for too many years to want to do it any more.

  2. This is such a nice project, I see why you don't want to put it down. As long as you're enjoying it, why worry about the others. They will still be there when your wolves are finished.

    1. Thank you. It's funny looking at the stitches and the back I can tell how much my stitching has changed and how much neater the back is now. :)
